Duct cleaning and indoor air quality
Duct cleaning is very important to the health and well-being of your family. Everyday dust along with pollens, pet dander and mold spores will make their way into your home and become lodged in your duct system. Only a professional duct cleaning will remove these contaminants.
Don't be fooled by cheap advertisements for duct cleanings. These are inferior duct cleanings that mount to no more than taking compressed air and blowing it into your duct. This will not remove the debris that is stuck to your ducts. Our process will work and you will notice a difference.
A proper duct cleaning is performed as follows. We start by cutting an access point into the supply and return duct. Then we separate the supply and return duct. We hook up our negative air machine to the return duct. The negative air machine pulls up to 5,000 CFM of air thru your ducts creating a strong, powerful suction. Then, as the negative air machine runs, we insert a rotating bristle brush into each supply vent. The rotating bristle brush breaks up the debris that is stuck to your duct system. As the debris breaks up, it becomes caught up in the high velocity suction, travels to the negative air machine where it is trapped and held. The system utilizes three stages of HEPA filtration to make sure no contaminants are released into your home or business. After the return ducts are cleaned, we repeat the same process for your supply duct system. After the duct system is cleaned, we fog the duct system to safely destroy odors that linger in your ducts. The result… a clean and odor free duct system.
